极光推送接收慢

问题
1：接收的自定义信息最短都要40秒以后才收到，是否正常？（注：我在极光网站后台点推送时1秒 就能收到
2. 回调  首页里 window.plugins.jPushPlugin.receiveMessageInAndroidCallback = function(data){
              alert("安卓我收通知附带的MESSAGE："+data
             };
这个回调只能调到.setNotification发的信息，
单纯由setMessage(Message.newBuilder().setMsgContent("aa").addExtra("area", "100").build()).build();这个发的信息怎样回调出来，如除了window.plugins.jPushPlugin.receiveMessage.message之外还我想查看 content_type，addExtr，等的内容怎么读取？
