1、action定义缺少两个参数：limit（分页多少条数据）、offset（记录偏移量）
2、java代码修改为：
public static Table gridSelect(String sql, int offset, int limit){
                 sql +=" limit " +offset+ "," +limit;
                Table table = KSQL.select(sql, null, "/report/SJKB/data", null);
                 table.getProperties().put(Table.PROP_DB_COUNT, table.countInDB(ModelUtils.getModel("/report/SJKB/data")));

        }
