牛刀中自定义js文件中的方法应该如何写？

我在牛刀中创建了一个js文件并自定义了js方法，但在调用时显示方法没有定义，请问自定义js文件中的方法格式应该如何写？

下面是我自定义js文件中的方法：



下面是我在页面中的引用和方法调用：

引用：
var CookieSet = require("./cookieSet");


调用：
CookieSet.setCookie("xxxx","yyyy",365);

错误提示:

cannot read property 'setCookie' of undefine

请技术指点一下！

第14章的方法试过也不行。这个教程是小程序的，是不是h5和小程序不一样的？
