3.8版本安卓，安卓SDKlicense agreements 提示

3.8安卓打包出以下错误：

经查有帖子说是cordova插件问题，我用了一个de.appplant.cordova.plugin.local-notification，3.8版本的Native下面没有，从原来3.5版或3.7版拷过来的也不行，到底怎么回事

引用错了，3.5里用的de.appplant.cordova.plugin.local-notification，3.8里直接是cordova.plugin.local-notification
