将服务器地址设置为HTTPS时，下载安装后APP出现访问不了的问题。用web访问就没问题。

同一台手机的  系统 浏览器 访问 这个功能没问题吗？？
确定IP 和 端口 都是一样的吗？？

你这个错误，就是因为访问 这个IP 的 BaasServer ，网络联不通导致的！

先用同一个手机的系统浏览器访问相同的ip 地址路径试试吧，正常吗？
