IOS提交审核失败 Guideline 5.1.5 - Legal - Privacy - Location Services

     之前打包一直都可以正常审核，最近这次提交的ios版本审核失败了，提示：Guideline 5.1.5 - Legal - Privacy - Location Services

     Your app uses location services but still does not clarify the purpose of its use in the location modal alert as required in the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

大致按照该方法，尝试修改了定位相关插件的plugin-ex.xml 文件，，增加了如下内容：


        <platform name="ios">
    <param name="NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription"  displayName="请获取地理信息的提示" defaultValue="App需要您的同意才可以获取地理信息用于记录您本次登陆地理位置" type="string" />
  </platform>

但是在打包后的info.list中该参数的提示内容任然为空。我现在无法提交审核，求官方解释如何处理？

手动添加 权限获取描述信息

这种方式 生成APP的时候 又会变成空的
