win使用打包服务器打包ios失败

1、使用打包服务器打ios包，打包失败，win下错误日志开始......
保存配置信息:

使用代理服务生成应用包:
   压缩应用源代码......
   上传应用源代码到服务端......
   APP打包任务ID：1
   放入队列，等待执行......
   等待服务端执行完成......
   等待服务状态：finished 当前状态：init 5秒后重新检查......
   等待服务状态：finished 当前状态：init 5秒后重新检查......
   等待服务状态：finished 当前状态：packing 5秒后重新检查......
   等待服务状态：finished 当前状态：packing 5秒后重新检查......
   等待服务状态：finished 当前状态：packing 5秒后重新检查......
****ERROR****: 子任务 "PackState" 执行失败。

我直接使用打包服务器打包了一个x5自带案例，发现可以打包，但是在win上通过打包服务器打包时，就会报错。
我是用的BeX5版本是3.7，打包服务器上也是3.7.
我应该怎么解决这个问题？

2、我在打包服务器上启动app-builder服务后，最后显示的信息与以前启动后最后显示的信息不同，是不是这里有什么错误，下面是现在启动后的显示的信息
