BeX5_V3.6启动Tomcat服务后，登录直接报错

网址为http://localhost:8080/x5/UI2/v_fdc031084a2f450aaa078a28a2f33249l_zh_CNs_desktopd_pc/portal/pc3/index.w?device=pc 的网页可能暂时无法连接，或者它已永久性地移动到了新网址。


这是什么原因呢？

F12打开浏览器的开发人员调试工具看console 中得错误信息，确认tomcat是否启动成功

应该还是编码问题，但我改了server.xml还是打不开呢？
