部署免费版在线人数超限

在本机上申请的免费版，申请成功后，重启的数据库和tomcat,配置E:\abc\aabb\conf这个文件如下- <config>

但是还是4个人在线就超限如下

免费版没有这个配置

标准License模式 注册说明：
            获取到注册码以后运行runtime同级的license\bin目录下的register.bat文件（Linux运行runtime同级的license/bin目录下的register.sh文件），将获取的注册码复制或输入到提示框中并回车，系统将自动完成注册并显示注册的规格信息。
