justep.Util.hint('请输入手机号码！',{type:'info',delay:3000,position:'top'}); 没有出现信息，这样调用不对吗？

我用
var test = this.validatemobile(this.comp("userPhone").val())   当userPhone是空的时候不进validatemobile函数啊，怎么回事啊，根本不打印信息。

因为你代码第一行就是判断
if(mobile===null||mobile === undefined || mobile==='')
是空当然不走了！
js的问题 建议debugger 调试跟一下就知道了！
