select绑定错误，随机出现

我在grid中添加了select空间，绑定了‘sender’。之前好像添加过onUpdateValue事件，但现在确定已经在事件中删除了该函数的绑定，js页面也已经删除了该函数。
可是现在如下问题总是随机出现，主要是在chrome浏览器。在界面上的表现是，弹出对话框，提示“组件事件onUpdateValue绑定的方法senderSelectUpdateValue没有定义
编码：JUSTEP230064”。F12里面的错误如下。我已经查过代码，确定已经没有这个绑定关系了。

后来我把该绑定关系加上，增加了一个空函数；然后再删掉。在studio里面运行时，chrome不会报错。但是点击“启动BeX5运行平台.bat”启动时，就会报错。

在firefox和ie中不会出现这种错误
