scrollView放入panel组件后空白

以上代码放入 后页面空白

希望获取scrollView的位置来判断是否到达轮播框底部隐藏轮播框但是放入后空白无法获取滚动位置，
目的实现UC那样上滑隐藏上面的导航，将下方的头条界面拉长显示 是否有其他方法？
