mobileui中attachmentEditor1点击没有反应

很奇怪的一个的现象：mobile ui  的attachmentEditor1,如果在ui中已经上传过一个附件，则这个记录的mobileui界面的attachmentEditor1可以正常使用，如果是新增一个记录，attachmentEditor1附件里面是空的，则attachmentEditor1点击没有任何反应。具体情况如下描述。

我的项目是在 2.7版本上开发的，一个手机录入界面的功能，其中有一个输入是用attachmentEditor、
在2.7开发板上，手机登陆和谷歌浏览器模拟登陆，attachmentEditor1使用正常。
然后服务器室升级后的3.5版本，这时候问题就来了
新增一条数据，点击attachmentEditor1，没有任何反应，控制台，界面都没有报错。
我再服务器3.5版本的ui上做了一个测试，使用的概念，acction都和mobile  上的一样，ui的attachmentEditor1没有任何问题。

更奇怪的问题来了，这时候在登录mobile界面，编辑一个附件已经上传过一个数据的记录，这时候attachmentEditor1上传下载又都可以用了

不知道其他人有没有遇到过这个问题

新增一条数据，点击attachmentEditor1，没有任何反应，在PC上用chrome访问也是这样吗？
F12打开浏览器的开发人员调试工具看看console中是否有报错

是的。手机app和google浏览器都这样。
当然，如果附件中已经上传了一个附件之后（从ui界面上传），就不报错了
我又按f12监控了一下，mobile只要一登录，就显示这个错误了


把我做的mobile项目整个目录删除，浏览器模拟登陆mobile 界面，也有这个错误
