上传ipa报错

之前上传ipa正常的APP也发布到App Store里面了，现在更新升级重新打包后长传ipa报错
ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS '10.0' SDK. All new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS '11.0' SDK or later, included in Xcode [9.0] or later. Please update Xcode and rebuild your app."ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS '9.3' SDK. 已经弄好了，wex5提供的虚拟机不支持安装最新版的xcode，然后没用wex5提供的虚拟机，自己安装了一个虚拟机
