cordova!phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner插件问题

使用cordova!phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner 插件苹果app上架审核被拒，原因如下：

Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage

We noticed that your app requests the user’s consent to access their camera but does not clarify the use of this feature in the permission modal alert.

Please see attached screenshots for details.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please revise the permission modal alert to specify why the app is requesting access to the user's camera.

他的意思是说你的app访问了camera功能，但是为啥要访问，没有清楚的告知用户。请修改一下提示说明文字就行，还有就是3.6的版本现在好像提交不到appstore，后面还会有其他原因被拒绝的，请使用最新的3.8 版本

在哪个地方修改提示文字说明呢？
3.6提交到appstore的都不能被审核通过？

那 建议你升级到 3.8最新版本吧！  新版本更有保障的！
